Local Delivery

Deliveries go out in our van, with our hands on them, rather than through a wire service that hands your order to a shop three states away. That matters more than it sounds: what we describe to you on the phone is what gets carried to the door, and if something on the truck is not sitting right we know before it leaves the building.

We cover Willoughby and the towns around it. Ordering earlier in the day gives us more room to route the run sensibly, and if nobody answers the door we will call you rather than leave flowers sitting in the sun on a porch. For hospitals and offices, give us the floor, the department, or the name at the front desk — it saves a lap around the building.
